| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | The Board, in conjunction with the Design Committee, approved guidelines last year for the Facade Improvement Grant Program. This program has helped improve several buildings in the district this year. With the conclusion of the year coming and a grant application already received for next year, it seems like an optimal time to review these guidelines and modify them if the Board so desires. The existing guidelines are attached.
