The subcommittee consisting of Board members John Yaroch & Richard Christner, along with members of the Design Committee David Grossi and Emily Selph met with Executive Director Lindsey Dotson on Monday, December 11th to discuss goals of revisions that will take place. Some of the major talking points included:

• Establishing two application deadlines per year so that the committee can review multiple projects at once 
• Creating a criteria and rating scale to be used by members of the Design Committee while reviewing each application
• Taking out language about allowing phased projects but instead encouraging and allowing applicants to re-apply if their project will take multiple years to complete

Emily Selph is working to update the guidelines and a draft will be presented to the DDA Board for review during the January meeting.
